A series of walk events from October – February for race walkers of all ages and abilities.
Races are
10km – Men and women aged 15 and over
5km – Men and women aged 13 and over
2km – Development event for boys and girls under 15 years
1km – Development event for boys and girls under 11 years.
Age groups are as UKA rules.

Entry Fees – Per event
Manx Harriers club members – £5.
All other athletics clubs members – £6.
Unattached athletes – £8
Junior walkers – £2
The races are calculated by points system – with prizes calculated on those with the lowest points total at the end of the series.
Race numbers are issued in the first round you compete in for whole series of races (please keep your numbers safe).
Best 3 performances from 5 to count.
N.B. – ROAD SAFETY – High Viz kit must be worn in rounds 2 – 3 and 4 (Open roads events) – No earphones to be worn during these rounds.
